AREAS OF INTEREST

Registration Desk: Help us greet guests and make sure the ticket redemption process is smooth. You will help answer questions pertaining to the festival’s events and exhibitor area.

MCs:  Flex your MC skills and help us introduce speakers and events throughout the day.

Event Photography: Help us chronicle great moments with everyone at the festival.

Event Filming: Help our videographer capture the festival’s fun by assisting with the camera, staging, placement, interviews, and overall production.

Festival Activities: Help set up and supervise the lineup of events. You will check passes, take tickets at the door and facilitate a fun and entertaining environment.

KidZone: Assist with our special kids activities area. If you have an energetic personality and love working with kids, this is a great volunteer job for you. Activities are provided by GetFit4Kiz.

Media Relations: Coordinate press interviews and inquiries through our PR agency. You will be assisting with media-check in at the festival and ensure key sponsor inclusion in all recorded broadcasts and interviews.

Beauty Bar: Help our stylists and makeup artists with displays, products, and greet guests.

Lounge Areas: Assist in greeting guests, product sampling, directing traffic and engaging with visitors, etc.

Transportation: Assist with guest airport transportation and other transportation needs.

I understand that my participation to volunteer is subject to availability and granted on a first come, first serve basis. At anytime, my volunteer request may be denied or revoked for any reason. I agree to indemnify the producers of the Organic Beauty and Wellness Festival including their associates, venue staff, management, volunteers, contractors and affiliates for any claims, slander, suits, death or injury that may become present due to my direct involvement and/or behavior.

I promise to conduct myself responsibly and make every effort to uphold a diligent work ethic while I am working as a volunteer. I also agree to have my picture taken and published for promotional purposes while at the festival.
