Is this an outdoor or indoor event?
We have both indoor ballrooms for the exhibits, a covered outdoor patio for fitness and yoga activities and the valet parking lot for mobile suites and food trucks. We have both indoor and outdoor areas for everyone to enjoy! Don’t worry about the heat- we have plenty of fans and shade in the covered patio area and AC running inside all day!
How much are tickets?
General Admission is $14.95 and VIP is $29.95 (which includes an organic, vegan lunch and gift bag with goodies from our sponsors).
Can I purchase a General Admission ticket at the door?
Yes, you can purchase a General Admission ticket provided we are not over capacity. It’s best to pre-purchase your ticket which will make the registration line as smooth as possible. Please note that General Admission tickets are first come first serve and we expect to sell out.
Can I purchase a VIP ticket at the door?
Unfortunately, no. All gift bags and lunches must be pre-purchased up to 3 days before the event.
What if it rains?
The show must go on! We will resume the festival. No cancellations.
What type of music will you have?
We have a live DJ who will be located in the Grand Oasis Ballroom and there will be plenty of top 40 hits, latin, pop, country, and a fun mix of all music genres.
Can my kids play in the KidZone?
Sure and it’s FREE for all ticket holders. As long as they are accompanied by an adult and are between the ages of 5-12 years old. Be sure to check the schedule for KidZone times a few weeks before the festival.
Is there a registration list to get face-painted?
Nope. No list. But we do operate on a first come, first serve basis and there will be a slot dedicated to face painting so be sure not to miss it! The schedule will be posted several weeks before the festival launches so check the website at the end of August.
Can I bring my pet?
We love fury animals, but please keep them at home. We do not allow pets unless they are a registered service animal.
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
No. Hotel policy says please refrain from bringing outside food and drinks.
Can I purchase lunch on site?
Sure, you can purchase from the hotel restaurant and several food trucks will be offering food for purchase (based on availability). If we have extra food items from our lunch sponsor, those will be available too. We highly recommend you pre-purchase lunch tickets available on the TICKETS page this way we can make sure a lunch for you is available.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Just print out your confirmation email and bring a valid form of ID to the registration table located at the entrance of the ballrooms on the first floor. You will then receive a wristband which must be worn at all times.
Are the yoga and Xtend Barre classes free?
Yes. The schedule is under the Activities section. Make sure to bring your own yoga mat, but we will have several available for purchase (while supplies last). Yoga and pilates classes operate on a first come, first serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate everyone, but please make sure to arrive early.
How much are lunch tickets and what is included?
Lunches are $14.95 and may be paid with credit card only at the registration table. Supplies are limited, so we recommend you purchase your lunches in advance.
